ABOUT ME
I am a wife, a mother of three beautiful boys, a coach, a dreamer, and above all, someone deeply committed to living a life filled with health, balance, and love.
My journey has been shaped by many seasons—motherhood, marriage, career, illness, and self-discovery. I married my husband Mark when I was 21, and he is the greatest person I know. Our marriage is my anchor, my joy, and my safe place. When I was diagnosed with cancer, it was the love we share that gave me the strength to come to terms with the possibility of a shortened life.
While that season was confronting, it also left me profoundly grateful, I know not everyone gets to experience a love story like ours, and I carry that gratitude with me every single day.
I’ve also built a strong professional background in the corporate world, working in State Government management. That experience taught me structure, strategy, and the importance of seeing the bigger picture. It is these skills I now weave into my coaching practice. But my heart has always been in creating, connecting, and helping others discover what makes them feel alive.
I am a lover of movement and strength; I completed my Master Trainer qualification at the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2016. I enjoy strength training and swimming, I crave variety, and I’m constantly looking for new ways to challenge myself. While I’ll admit I’ve never liked running, I’m determined to become a runner, because for me, wellness is as much about mindset and resilience as it is about physical health.
Water is my sanctuary, the ocean, a pool, a waterfall, even the sound of running water—it restores my energy and reminds me to breathe deeply. Protecting my peace and energy is something I take seriously, both for myself and so I can show up fully for others.
At home, I’m happiest surrounded by my husband and boys. They are my world. I love the everyday moments of family life, I also love getting dressed up to go out, but not too often or I run out of clothes to wear!
Today, through my wellness coaching, I help others design lives where health and wellbeing feel natural, joyful, and sustainable. I believe that how we nourish, move, rest, and think impacts every area of our lives. My mission is to support people in moving from “too busy” to aligned and intentional living, because health is not about perfection, it’s about creating a life that feels good to live in and one we don’t need to escape from!
