This session is designed to support you whether you need a reset, or you’re preparing for change, growth or a big goal.

It’s for the moment when you know something is shifting and you want to approach it with clarity, intention and support rather than stress or burnout.

In this session we:

  • take a full-picture look at your current health, lifestyle, stress, energy and habits.

  • Explore what is supporting you and what may become a bottleneck as you move forward.

  • Clarifying your goals, upcoming changes, or areas where you want to expand.

  • Identifying the foundations that need strengthening before you push forward.

  • Design a personalised wellness plan that supports both stability and momentum.

You'll walk away with:

There comes a point where being ‘busy’ is no longer a good enough reason to feel tired, inconsistent or disconnected from your body.

The Foundation is my highest level 1:1 coaching partnership for people who want to feel strong, energised and confident in their body, while building habits and routines that actually fit their life.

Clients often come to The Foundation wanting to improve body composition, build strength and feel better in their body. We work with those goals seriously and intelligently, while also addressing the bigger picture that determines whether those results last.

The Foundation is for busy people who feel the desire for more but haven’t had the time and space or support to act on it.

What we may work on together includes:

  • Body recomp and/or fat loss, without extreme restriction

  • Strength and fitness goals that fit your schedule

  • Nutrition as a tool, not punishment

  • Building non-negotiable training habits

  • Improving energy, sleep and recovery

  • Creating routines that actually stick.
