    Working together, each week we’ll create a lifestyle that feels natural, not forced.

    These face to face (online) sessions give you the freedom to book one, or many, depending on your needs.

    Each is client-led, focusing on what matters most to you. I’ll bring the guidance and perspective, while we build the action plan that works in your life.

  • BEGINNERS RUNNING GROUP - 8 WEEK PROGRAM

    First intake starting in October 2025 - Salter Point/Manning Area

    This is not your typical running group. It’s for the people who, have always wanted to run, but never felt like they belong in a group and want to move for fitness, fun and the feeling of achievement.

    8 weeks program to build confidence together.

    No pressure, no comparisons - just progress, motivation and accountability in a supportive community.

    Investment

    $250 - 2 x group sessions per week and 1 (optional) solo run over 8 weeks.
